Founded in 2015, Tipico Coffee is a Buffalo-based specialty coffee roaster and cafe with a lively location in Buffalo’s Elmwood Village. The cafe serves tasty, homemade food and premium coffees that are expertly roasted. Pete Herman joined in 2017 when the roasting facility was set up on Buffalo's West Side. Tipico reflects their shared beliefs through its commitment to employees, suppliers, and the community, as well as to the quality, origin, and flavors of its coffees. Tipico’s coffee program is the culmination of a ten-year process involving relationships with industry experts and some of the best farmers.
