This is the Lawyer you would want to represent you as a tenant or landlord. Had a positive outcome and honestly he is a blessing of a person. Mr. Cherry met with me two days before I had trial in real estate court Nassau County. Sat down for two hours and heard my side of the case, and took my retainer fee saying he would be there for me first thing Monday morning. He was there early, conferred with the other attorney, and didn't give in.
