And they promised me 2 certified copies and only sent me a COPY of my divorce amd instructions on how to get certified copies if I want them! Although my divorce was not complicated, it did get rather long winded due to the pandemic and some financial hurdles I had to deal with. The discussions between my husband and myself went quite easily considering the situation. They answered our questions completely and to our satisfaction and provided advice on how to handle matters. Once the paperwork went back and forth with corrections, we had a final zoom where we each had to sign many documents and take pictures of the signatures as we signed them and email the photos. This sounded like it would have been very difficult but went surprisingly well as Fred is very organized and quite patient.
