He also called me before arriving to confirm the appointment. He immediately noticed some smell from the vents and realized that it was a faulty furnace. Comfort Masters Heating & Air Conditioning has to replace my old furnace. The price was similar to what I expected it to be. I paid the amount in full since I was in need of the service urgently.
