I picked Eagle Heating Inc. of Massapequa, and I am thrilled that we did. It is a professional company - they deliver oil automatically, we never need worry, and I had a slight issue with my burner - Michael, the owner, came out the same day and fixed the issue. Use them if you want to be relaxed about heating!6. Eagle Heating has serviced a home that my family owned for some time. One of my brothers called me this morning to tell me about an issue with the heating (it is a Saturday today). I called Eagle thinking I would leave a message and expect a return call on Monday. The telephone was answered by an actual person, and I was told the furnace could be checked today. The technician came just when he said he would, checked and fixed the problem. He even waited a few minutes to make sure everything was okay. Thanks for the excellent customer service. ------------------------------------------------------- This is kind of a sequel to the review I wrote for Eagle Heating five years ago, but only more enthusiastic. The home that my family owned was having heating issues. Michael, the technician from Eagle Heating, stopped by on the same day I placed the call to check and tune up the oil burner. Shortly after, when there was a continued problem, he again stopped by and checked everything and discovered the problem was with the chimney. He gave excellent advice on the follow up visit. Because they are - quote “Too small” (that’s what she said) Why they even on Google?9. THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL, INCOMPETENT OWNER , MICHAEL! INCOMPETENT MECHANIC. HE WILL NOT DO A PROPER CLEANING FOR YOUR EQUIPMENT. HE WILL LEAVE IT IT WORSE CONDITION THAN WHEN HE BEGAN. HE DOES NOT TREAT PEOPLE WELL AND HIS OIL PRICES ARE MUCH HIGHER THAN OTHER COMPANIES. HE DOES NOT DELIVER OIL WHEN NEEDED AND WILL NOT COME IF IT SNOWS OR IN AN EMERGENCY. YOU ARE PAYING FOR A FULL SERVICE BUT ARE NOT GETTING ANY SERVICE, BUT A BAD ONE OR NONE AT ALL! THIS COMPANY IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST, DO NOT USE MICHAEL FROM EAGLE OIL!10. Came quick for a service call. Fair and professional, would recommend.11. Service was superb and very friendly. Mike is the best we have used him for over 20 years thru 4 homes He is very dependable ,reliable and no nonsense quality service. Most recently we called him at 11 at night and he came right away and fixed our problem no charge. He is a great guy as well , we totally would recommend him Chris Young
