When my HVAC system kept randomly shutting off they sent a technician over who was able troubleshot my problem and get the system back up and running. They were clean, honest, and fair. Lori took my call and was super personable and she let me vent about my hvac issues. It was nice because my wife never lets me complain. I got a call back 10 mins later telling me someone could be at my house in just a few hours. Which at this time of the year is unheard of. Mike and John came by and were knowledgeable and HONEST. They diagnosed the problem within 10 mins (with a bit of banter which I love haha) and they gave me my options. I honestly felt like I was with family. I ended up paying a fraction of what thought and since they left my house has been freezing cold. Can’t be more grateful to the Ferrara crew and I will 1000000% be using them in the future. The team of 5 arrived on time and completely removed an older HVAC system (inside and outside units) and replaced it with a new 24,000 BTU Single Zone Inverter and Air Handler.
