ABOUT Services Excellence Summary

USA Archery Junior Olympic Archery Development program at Gotham Archery is designed to cultivate and promote young archers. Even students who are not planning to go to the Olympics can expect to benefit from something more disciplined, self-assured, and joyful. Gotham's JOAD program allows kids to interact with their friends and get off the internet. It's a fantastic method for kids to learn new activities and get out of the house, even for a little while. At Gotham Archery, we have several ongoing JOAD programs for students aged 8-20. The JOAD program is open to students of all skill levels, but it especially involves beginner and intermediate archers. Our goal is to strengthen our young participants' shot and range safety skills while developing their confidence and understanding that everything they want to achieve is possible. The program offers participants a unique and engaging program that encourages archers, young and old, to be enthusiastic about their work and integrates confidence, team building, and a focused mindset into their routine and jerks. Archers are given goals to meet and even compete with other members and themselves through our shooting game and training (JOAD@ Gotham Archery, 2021). Our mission is to teach children recreational and competitive archery.

The reviewers compliment the instructor's professionalism, friendliness, fun, and humor in the work. Even when doing mistakes, they are patient and ready to help correct the beginners which win the hearts of students. They all recommend the place and the class because they learnt and had fun. For instance, they made the class move fast and engaging. The other staff members also seem to be great. Small freebies, kind words, and patience are a fortress of the company's business model. This place is tagged for friends, dates, and returning for more lessons(repeats). Clay and Sarah are the most mentioned staff and this is great for the image of the company. If anybody has quest about archery, Gotham is always the place you want to visit.
