ABOUT   Services Excellence Summary

applies to their mission. Isabella is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, so they are eligible to receive government and private donations,  employee and donor contributions and fundraising events to help to provide quality care to those in need. Acquisitions and Partners Isabella has two long-term care facilities in Manhattan: Isabella Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing Care and Menorah Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing Care. Both facilities accept Medicare, Medicaid, and most private insurance plans. This coverage allows you to get the care you need even if you are not eligible for other benefits. MJHS offers a range of care plans designed to help you get the care you need—whether you're a member or not. They provide Long-Term Home Health Care Programs, two PACE plans, and a Medicare Special Needs plan for members. Members of PACE are "dual-eligible" individuals who qualify for both Medicare and Medicaid. In addition to the MJHS plans and those offered through Isabella, MJHS offers the MJHS Institute for Innovation in Hospice Care, a research-based organization dedicated to improving the quality of life at the end of life for both patients and families. MJHS accepts donation to the Institute as well as grants for research.

SUMMARY   Reviews Summary

The healthcare professional who works at Isabella's are highly commendable, and reviews indicates that both patients and their families are very delighted with their services. I am personally confident in recommending the facility. Patients are treated with the dignity and care they deserve, and the facility is appropriate for individuals who require round-the-clock care. It is expected that staff should be available to assist and handle all manner of problems. This is usually the situation, but the nursing home has a few incidents that are profoundly shocking. Pressure ulcers are common at the nursing home, according to several interviewees. Isabella's nurses are good at managing patient pain. Many interviewees stated that Isabella's nurses are great at managing medication administration. However, concerns were raised about how nurses will respond to a call light and provide medication. The team needs to improve their processes and relax more at the facility.
