Jorgen founded Norrona in 1929, and his family has since been pioneers. Our philosophy has been tested in Norway's harsh environment, but it has been successful. Our generation is still inspired by our predecessors to solve problems with design. Nature is our laboratory, and craftsmanship is our passion, so our fourth-generation children can know what it's like to survive below zero. 90 years later, Norrona continues to be a family business based near Oslo, Norway, with a long history in the mountains.
