The New Jewish Home, Manhattan Campus The New Jewish Home has been a nonprofit organization offering comprehensive and mission-driven healthcare services to all senior New Yorkers since 1848. Our proud past involves being the first American facility to employ a professional social worker and an in-house physician and the first teaching carrier for professionals providing care for the elderly. We have been serving New Yorkers from all backgrounds and faiths since 1848, starting as an establishment for New York's Jewish community.

In general, The New Jewish Home has plenty of positive feedback, particularly how well the patients are cared for: 1. Numerous residents' relatives like that the staff offer constant care. The specialists (such as physical and occupational therapists) are also praised for their dedication to care and expertise. 2. Several interns enjoyed working on the development team and felt supported by their colleagues. 3. The establishment itself was very kind and well-managed. A resident underscored the importance of the staff's exceptional hard work in keeping everyone involved and informed. 4. Friendly and engaging staff; a business reviewer experienced this. 5. Finally, the patients are happy with the facility: many received insightful guidance and rehabilitation tips during their visits. Most importantly, a patient expressed his gratitude for being treated in time to save his life. Now, a few negative reviews point out the challenges faced by some family members and patients. Frustration with staff behaviors is common, and some individuals feel that the team lacks effective communication processes. Accountability and responsiveness are also areas that families have expressed concerns about. However, the negative comments are fewer than the positive comments.
