Client Experience Recap: The team is professional, patient, and helpful, making this shop easy to interact with. I found the UPS Store overall fantastic. The staff at this particular location is friendly, accommodating, and understanding. I always receive excellent service; the women who work here—the ones who always assist me—explain things clearly and are patient. Thank you, UPS! However, never use their tape. This specific location will charge you $1 to tape something (yes even an Amazon return) which wouldn’t be all that bad if they didn’t then force you to pay an additional dollar if you don’t pay this fee in cash. To add insult to injury, you’re taxed for this transaction so not only are you paying for something most, if not all, UPS locations do for free, you’re paying a tax for it too. There’s scummy business practices and then there’s charge people for strips of tape scummy. I arrived to this location and was relieved seeing the UPS truck loading packages from the UPS store into the truck, so I went up to the UPS truck and this short Hispanic guy came out saying his truck is full while smoking a cigarette inside the UPS truck, I tried explaining to him that my package was an express package and he told me tough luck that he’ll pick it up at 7PM, before I went to this UPS store I came from the UPS warehouse in Maspeth and was told they don’t accept packages anymore that I needed to go to the nearest UPS store so I came to this one and it wasn’t easy I’m currently disabled and have chronic and heart problems, I was so happy to see the UPS truck just to be sent away and have my shipment prolonged for something I had paid extra money to have it express shipping … it just isn’t right>taggerI’m confident that the store's workers will go out of their way to ensure every customer is satisfied and will help with all their shipping needs intelligently. Have been going here for decades. Mostly for Amazon returns or passport photos. Never had an issue. Staff is kind and efficient. An asset for our neighborhood. The employees at this UPS store are very helpful and friendly, especially Tom and Becky! They are outstanding in every respect! They provided superb assistance in a highly courteous and kind, efficient and expedient manner! UPS Stores are not just about mailing, as I used their printing/copying services on 6/18 and 6/19 last week, but I would also like to point out that I have used their highly reliable mailing services as well in the past. It is so efficient, reliable and trustworthy that this Sunnyside UPS Store is also the one I use to receive and pick up my UPS packages. This location runs so well and the worker inside were the best and very genuine ! Great service always here , I actually prefer to go here over the post office. Everyone is really respectful and nice and I never had an issue here. I tried to mail an online return here, i dropped off my item and 3 weeks later i realized the vendor marked my return as “not received”, i tried to call this UPS store to get the tracking info for my package, i had the exact date and time that I brought it in but they told me they are unable to provide a tracking number or any proof that my package was mailed. I have never been treated so rudely and disrespectfully as a customer. I went into the store to print a shipping label and got in line to tell one of the staff members that the printer is not working. She led me to the computer and told me to sign in, and left. Confused, I said I already did this and the document is not printing. She told me to login and download the document to which I said I already did that and I only deleted and signed out to get help since I did not want it open on a public computer, she said I could have just said that instead of giving her an attitude. ???? This staff member has worked at this UPS store for as long as I remember and she has always had this demeanor. This staff member is always in the same spot, straight ahead from the entrance. I am surprised she still has a job. She is a disgrace to the UPS image; she is an old lady that always has her hair in a bun with a costly bracelet plus many rings looking very unhygienic as well. Her attitude shows how miserable her life might be. I will never go back. UPS store is a scam, it's much cheaper to go to Staples and print your shipping label there. I am so sick and tired of the rude staff at this store. I printed my shipping label at Staples and realized this store is a SCAM. At Staples two sheets of paper was only $0.70 while this store charges $2-3. Take your business elsewhere, guys... I cannot believe I used their services for as long as I have... HUGE regrets for putting up with unprofessionalism and rudeness. I stop in frequently (mostly just to drop off packages and returns), but they are always SO efficient and staff is super sweet and friendly. Best UPS location around. I’ve sent, returned, and picked up packages here. I’ve also notarized documents at this location. They are always quick, efficient, and friendly. The staff at this location are so chill and understanding every time I interact with them! I always use this location instead of usps when i need to ship something.
