He made what could have been a challenging situation easy and efficient. We thank him. 3. Reliable Assistance I only came here by myself and after writing this review. This post office in Sunnyside has gone above and beyond to help me on several occasions. I want to especially thank the manager, Raj, for going way out of his way to assist me. His help has been greatly appreciated. 4. Perfect Location Out of all the Post Office locations, this Sunnyside one is the best one. It does get busy sometimes but they try to move the line as quick as possible. The manager Raj is truly a Gem, he is so kind and helpful! He always makes sure any issue I have had gets resolved asap! Top-notch customer service for sure!Thank you! 5. Efficient Staff The postal workers at this station are very nice and can move people through the line very quick. 6. Good Service I went to this location last Saturday to apply for my son's passport and the supervisor came out and asked me what we came here for today nicely and warmly. After that, he told us to go to the first window. The Asian lady (sorry I forget the name) was very friendly and helped us very quickly, done in a few minutes. I am very satisfied with the customer service. I give all stars to the post office located in Sunnyside. If anyone wants to apply for a passport or send someone a parcel, come to this location. They have very friendly customer service. 7. Supportive Employees The customer service at the 44th Street Post Office is truly outstanding, and the employees work incredibly hard. I especially want to thank Mr. Raj for helping me track down a very important package that had the wrong address on it. Even though he was busy, he took the time to help and reassured me every step of the way over the phone.
