Client Feedback: 1. In 2015, I needed a new website and was referred to Brian by my friend who was working with him for his landscaping company. Once we started the marketing: SEO, PPC, and Social Media, we saw a big increase in free estimate quotes through our website and phone calls. I have been working with Brian for many, many years with 2 businesses and is by far the best website and advertising person I have ever had. In the beginning we worked a lot together on content, and Brian took the personal time with me to learn my business, how it changes throughout the seasons, how I think and what I like throughout our many editing process discussions. For years now, he handles my ads (fb, other social media, websites, seo) pretty much on his own though his organized library of my content and even handles the editing process for me. I still enjoy our meetings when we come up with some new concepts and meet with Brian to turn them into something great! I've been working with WebWAH to build out my digital presence over the past year and a half. The team is incredibly easy to work with, highly responsive and always willing to hop on a call if my requests via email are unclear. The website they've built me has helped me in a variety of situations where I have needed a "digital resume" in speaking to someone in a professional setting. I've gotten quite a few opportunities that I think have come to me easier, because they've helped me make my online presence more polished, especially as someone who is new to/entering a field that is highly competitive. They also manage our digital marketing, are easy to work with, quick to respond, and our shop is always busy. When we ask new customers how the heard about us we often hear that they found us on Google when searching for a local repair. Please keep up the great work.9. I hired Brian and his team last year and my business grew 40% so wish I hired them sooner GREAT COMPANY AND GREAT COMMUNICATION I HIGHLY RECCOMEND WEBWAH AND BRIAN IF YOU ARE READY 2 TAKE IT TO THE NEXT LEVEL!10. I signed up with webwah the beginning of march brian explained to me that the transition is pretty easy and should go smooth. We had the website redirected to the as need as Brian asked me to do. It's now march 29th set up the verification wrong.They had us listed as a storefront, so Google wanted signage, I explained to Brian, I did not want to do the video that asked for signage, and they had it set up wrong. He told me to go ahead and do the video anyway.They could fix everything after that google wants fixed..... He was wrong. Google now is no option for us to. Reverrify, even after Brian sent in the pitchers are the truck and all they ask for that way, and there's still no verification, and they have no idea how to get me reverified, they opened app a new account on Google. They originally were going to use the existing account that I gave them access to. They then made their own account through their management and left the old account active. So now they're trying to verify a new account with a new address. Same name, while another account has ads running . Google red flag this immediately as everyone knows, you cannot run two accounts with one company name. Had a meeting with the 2 owners. Nothing really majorly happened other than we talked to a guy in India. Who said he did everything right? Meanwhile, here we sit.No verification after thirty days of running ads and 2 accounts with one company most likely Google will suspend Because it's not compliant to do that. I went with a larger company than the company. I was with hoping that it would be a better operating system with the right people. And the right team today, Google took $500 ad spend on the old account. So I went on looked it up and saw that it was still on, and I asked Brian, why is it still running? And he said, well, the other company should have shut it off. I said no I added you as management and you told me to take them off and you were gonna use that account. He said, well, we didn't need to use that account. We were gonna do our own. I said, well then, as the management, you should have shut the account off. So this way, Google wasn't charging me for operating that account. And the account, you guys are running ads off of today was a Sunday of course Brian didn't want to hear from me or listen to anything. I had to say cause he deserves a day off. Meanwhile, my business maybe suspended soon, and I could lose a hundred and thirty seven reviews, he says that they will call me tomorrow and see what we could do.My confidence in this is not too good. We're going on 20 plus days, and they can't even figure out how to reverrify me. I did shut off or cancel the other account that my other company was running this way. Maybe Google will see that we're not running 2 accounts again. I'm not in the SEO or marketing business. I'm just a small to medium-sized roofing and roofing repair company, yet, I think I know just as much, if not more than this great team that they have in India. Who says they're doing everything right yet? They can't figure out how to verify a company and that you can't have 2 accounts with one company. I'll be glad to remove this review if they're able to get everything fixed in the next few days before I lose my Google business account or it gets suspended. Please do your job......thats all, so basically by doing it there way the easiest way for them they are making me start at 0 with seo,and if they cant figure it out we may lose all reviews 137 and possibly suspended, sometime banned.......good job webwah .....says local owned but its really ran out of India where the team resides,the 2 owners a may be local but it ends there. They have given me 500 back because of one of there mistkes,and have promised to refund march cost that I gave as payment and for add spend . Waiting to see if that happens they said by tomorrow am 03 /31 /2026 .update they did refund my money. So at least they kept there word on that part. Had to go back to company i was with before they are still trying to undo this mess......11. Brian and his team at WebWAH are great to work with! Happy to do business with them over the years!12. We've been using webWAH for about 7 months to help promote our online presence. The communication with webWAH has been excellent and very informative.
