Thank you for all your hard work!5 This office will be the last place I go, especially Amy and her way out of her depth team. Which happens to be very offensive to me. They were very unknowledgeable and frankly annoying on standard processes like survey and title work. They also added numerous ridiculous fees to the closing process. Had she not been lucky enough to be staffed with selling such a nice house, her client could’ve lost a buyer paying above asking price. Their office is also clearly incapable of (or they don't understand?) the flow of funds for closing, which should almost always be taken care of by the seller's firm. They sent around instructions asking my lawyers to handle this part, and initially sent incorrect instructions. Special. To wrap it all up, they were out of office on the day we closed and gave us no warning. Well, at least Amy and her office were especially sweet on the phone, although they didn't get anything done properly. Our first-time home purchase was smooth and professional, thanks to the staff at... The legal advisors were patient, professional, and kind. There was no hesitation, and they were always available to the clients. Amy and Kim, The Calabrese Law Firm, were wonderful. It felt like working with family, and I will not hesitate to use their services again. One can trust that the law firm has everything covered, knowing that they have the best interest of their clients at heart. This is not always the case, and nothing compares to trusting other people with your life. We can highly recommend the law firm in meeting people's desires and needs. It is the best company one can choose from.
