Cancellation and No Show Policy for Altared Totality LLC Inquiries and Cancellations can be made by calling, texting, or emailing the phone number and email provided. You must give a 24-hour notice of cancellation or rescheduling or the full price will be charged for the service that you were not able to make. Without paying for the missed appointment, you will not be able to make another appointment. A no-show is when a client does not show up for an appointment and does not contact the therapist to cancel. No-shows are not tolerated and must be paid in full. A no-show may result in being refused service. Respect your therapist as you would respect mine. When you make an appointment, an allotment of time is marked on my schedule. If you do not show up, another client is denied that appointment. Therapist’s schedule is to be respected and if you do not communicate any intentions of cancellation, you are taking time away from another client. Behavior at Altared Totality LLC Inappropriate behavior with the therapist or the client will not be tolerated. If there are inappropriate remarks or actions before, during, or after the massage, the therapist has the choice to schedule another appointment for the client. Inappropriate behavior includes harassment, leaving inappropriate comments or messages, touching the therapist in an inappropriate manner or place, or exposing yourself in any way. A sexually inappropriate act is not allowed and the client will be banned from future appointments upon the therapist’s decision. No exceptions. This is a professional environment and the therapist has the right to deny service if there has been inappropriate behavior exhibited.
