Kat Danza: Yoga + Massage Therapy
From a young age, I have been a lifelong natural health advocate. Massage, dance, and yoga have been a part of my life since I was a child. After graduating from college with a BA in Dance, I began teaching dance. Following the birth of my last child in 2015, I entered the massage industry and became a Licensed Massage Therapist. In 2019, I became a Registered Yoga Teacher. Fully comprehending the body type and listening to my clients is crucial to meet their needs. Yoga, creative exploration, and movement are just a few ways to integrate the mind with the physical body. Over the years, I have discovered that yoga and massage are excellent tools for promoting a healthy lifestyle. They are more than just a way to feel good.
Swedish Massage
Swedish massage reduces muscle tension while also enhancing blood flow to the heart. Swedish massage is the most relaxing massage in the body. Add an essential oil, and it's heavenly. Essential oils are usually used in the massage. In addition to higher oxygen levels in the blood, massage helps to enhance the mobility of connective tissue. My Swedish massage is milder. There are no trigger points, deep tissue, or myofascial in my massage therapy. 90/60/30 minutes
