ABOUT   Services Excellence Summary

Client Feedback Compilation: I can't tell you how much I appreciated everything Alexandra Duffy did as my attorney, and then also Yuliana and Jessica. They were so sweet, so organized, and so customer service-oriented. All the time, all the time. A step back from Xandy’s personal touches is watching how she works. From a professional perspective, Xandy is well-prepared, motivated, and keeps her commitments. She is diligent. I had peace of mind about her abilities. I felt like she was watching out for me. You are important to her, which is a rare thing. Xandy was straightforward with me about possible outcomes. She told me what a judge would say and what my chances were. That honesty was reassuring. I felt respected when dealing with the staff, and that made me feel like I was in good hands. They made an effort to connect with me as a person rather than just as a client. They were very professional and gave me the information I needed so I could understand and make my own choices. They made me feel heard and in control of the process. I have said this to them in person, but I wanted to reiterate that you were amazing and so wonderful to work with. When you’re going through one of the hardest times in your life, it’s so important to have people you can trust and depend upon. That’s what my experience with Xandy, Yuliana, and Jessica was like. They were well-organized and efficient, taking the time to explain the divorce process to me so I would understand it. They made me feel like Xandy had my best interests in mind and was looking out for me. Here I felt respected and heard, which was incredible. No loving parent should have to discover after the fact that her attorney agreed she would never get Christmas with her own kids - but that’s exactly what happened to me with Wendy Prince. The owner of Prince Law Group promised to fight for me and my two children when I hired her to represent me in my divorce and custody case. Instead, she rushed my case to an unexpected close without explaining the consequences, giving me weak protection, and over the past three years, her choices have caused emotional strain and financial distress. What went wrong: I did not understand that she agreed that my ex would get all of the children just because I signed it in print. I was not fully informed about this before signing, and no loving parent would intentionally agree to that. She admitted to a bare minimum schedule without interrogating designs and drilling me for it. No safety or logistical reasons were there. They were there. She did not accept in-house protections. My ex has repeatedly rejected visits without automatic make-up time or penalties.  The court has forced me claiming that we did not have plans no money any time. She was not scheduled for my children to enroll in college. Without telling me, my ex co-signed a loan with the kid and school. The plans she made had no rules, deadlines, or consents to prevent this. She was not scheduled for my children to enroll in college. No orthodox vacation or holiday terms were slanted toward the other parent. All of my vacation time was controlled by the other parent. My financial exposure was in her plans. There were no protections for shared costs. I have been liable for costly bills I never agreed to pay shared. Because of these decisions, I have lost irreplaceable time with my children, been involved in years of stressful court battles, and been left with negative decisions that I had no authority over.  Not to mention that half of the time I have lost with my children is unforgivable. I am so sad about how this case was dealt with. I would never want another parent to be so affected. If you care about your children and financial future, you should not hire Wendy Prince. …sadBroken-hearted mother   No loving parent should have to discover after the fact that her attorney agreed she would never get Christmas with her own kids - but that’s exactly what happened to me with Wendy Prince.
