The following is a compilation of recent customer feedback received from our various service locations. 1. I would certainly recommend them! Quick to schedule and great service! 2. Took a runner in with stains they were very quick, reasonable, and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them. 3. Ricky was very kind and efficient. He explained to me exactly what he would be doing and got the job done quickly. Thank you so much, Ricky! 4. I had my carpets clean. Did a great job. 5. The whole service lasted less than an hour and my upstairs is no more clean than when I called to get service. Whoever clean forgot to get all of the animal stains. Not sure how a carpet cleaning company can not get dog pee out of your carpet. I called to ask for a refund and the rude attendant deferred me until tomorrow and there was no supervisor available to help. This is the worst experience of carpet cleaning I have ever seen. Buyer beware I am not sure I will even get a refund and we are completely unsatisfied 6. Kevin & his co worker are friendly & worked hard to get our carpets super clean. Great service & great clean carpets. 7. Company followed up on my service and insisted on me being satisfied. 8. Josh was very nice and did a great job cleaning my sofa. Very pleasant experience. 9. The team of cleaners in my home today and were amazing. Ricky and Rashad were very polite and professional. They were efficient and did a great job. Thank you. 10. Let’s be honest…who loves getting their ducts cleaned? But this was a great experience. The tech explained exactly what they were going to do and gave me tips for changing the filter after the cleaning. He was polite and it didn't take long at all. Price was very competitive compared to the quote I received from one of those “subscription all-in-one home service” companies. Would recommend. 11. Sally Bolger was excellent to work with and the crew was attentive. 14. I met Sally through a business connection and she is very knowledgeable, I have enjoyed learning about the many options provided. I can tell she is an expert in her field and she really cares about honesty and authentic connections. 15. Sally Bolger and her team are amazing. I’ve had carpet cleaning in two different homes and they did a fantastic job. They’re professional, timely, and efficient. Highly recommend!
