Solstice Roasters Cafe has been supplying Cleveland's restaurants, cafes, and institutions for 25 years. Solstice has survived by pairing ethical and sustainable coffees with the palates of Northeast Ohio. Solstice buys its roasting and distributing coffees in a direct trade. Solstice buys and pays for all coffees the year before the harvest, at a rate that ensures the pickers and processors get living wages. We roast every bean to its maximum potential. Most of the coffees we offer are medium roast. In cafes, coffee can be part of the meal served at the end or even the focus. Our ethical beans are a vital part of how we support Midwest businesses.
