Gotta Flip Twisters

USAG and the Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) are the gymnastic competition sanctioning authorities. Girls aged 7 can participate in the competition team. As competitions become more advanced (based on skill), experience is not always necessary. Gymnastics will help athletes be prepared for competing in high school gymnastics. The official training center, Gotta Flip, is where these athletes train. Athletes from Central Crossing, Franklin Heights, and Grove City high schools are members of the same training team. This program is the same as the one provided for our Trampoline and Tumbling Competition Team but focuses more on motor skills and social skills. There is no need for previous experience for this competition team. The competition can be divided by age or ability, and the competitive schedules for the various age groups are highly flexible.
