International Gymnastics Academy

Lariza has seven years of experience as a Cuban National Team gymnast. She placed 8th All-Around in the 1989 World Championship and won the first place with her team in the 1991 Pan American Games. Lariza moved to the USA in 1998, and she volunteered for the Oklahoma State University Women's Gymnastics Team. Our coaching staff is committed to team gymnast development. We aim to better self-esteem, pride, and discipline for every athlete, helping them develop a strong work ethic. Goals include creating a feeling of team unity among the levels and the entire team program. We want to instill respect among kids for one another, for coaches, and for other teams. Our focus is on accomplishment through goal setting and skill progression. We demand the best possible training for our gymnasts, challenging them to reach their goals and rise to their full potential.
