Jungle House - Luxury Airbnbs

I recently stayed at a Jungle House property & had a positive experience overall. The guest portal was very helpful, providing all the information I needed before arrival. Check-in was smooth, and the team was responsive whenever I had questions. The home was comfortable & well-prepared for our stay, and I appreciated the attention to detail throughout The Jungle House team really made sure our visit was enjoyable, and I would recommend their properties to anyone looking for a well-managed, convenient stay

We stayed here for a weekend with our kids and honestly didn’t want to leave. The place felt peaceful the moment we arrived. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, and the outdoor area became our favorite spot at night. The kids loved exploring while we enjoyed coffee in the morning surrounded by nature. You can tell the hosts actually care about the guest experience because everything felt thoughtfully prepared. Already talking about coming back.

JungleHouse.org is beautifully designed and full of inspiring, nature-focused content. It’s easy to navigate and clearly driven by a genuine passion for sustainability. A refreshing and uplifting online experience!

Loved the vibe here! The plants are real and make the place feel so cozy and fresh. It was super clean, the bed was actually comfortable, and you can walk to everything in the Short North. Plus, having a parking spot was a huge relief.

Stayed last week with my family for a football event and the home has a very convenient location also it was beautiful and host was very helpful all the time!

I had a great experience with Junglehouse! The property was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The team was very responsive and made the entire stay smooth from check-in to check-out. As a parent, I’m always extra cautious when booking places to stay. You want something safe, clean, and exactly as described, especially when kids are involved and the unit we rented in their Brickel place checked all those boxes for us. The property itself was clean and comfortable, and it really did look like the listing photos. No surprises, which is always a relief. The instructions before arrival were detailed, which I really appreciated because it answered questions before I even had to ask. Check-in was simple once we followed the steps. Overall, it was a great stay for our family!

We rented the Jungle House in Chillicothe due to an unexpected death in the family. We told them that there would be people in and out of the place while we were there. Our grandchildren visited with us there, as it was their mom, our daughter, that died. However, not one night was there 8 people sleeping over, yet they kept our deposit of $300.00, saying that 8 people had stayed there. Hmm. There were 8 people there at one time offering condolences, during the day. How did they know that? Cameras perhaps? They also accused us of smoking in the unit. We don't smoke. Shame on you, Jungle House. Beware potential guests!

Not as advertised in how the property was listed, not supportive or responsive to addressing safety or any concerns, half the plants are plastic, serious safety concerns with one interior stairway at property. No approved use of rear egress by owners or access to full property. There were safety issues related to lighting, handrails, and egress as well as property location that brought safety concerns. Some areas were not clean nor all amenities fully functioning As advertised. I would look to other options in the area that are hosted by other companies that put their guests first and their sales and marketing after. This is the only negative experience I have ever had with and Airbnb property or it’s hosts. Their plastic plants and profits come before the safety and comfort of their clients in my opinion. We had planned on a relaxing New Year’s Eve night out and this experience took those hopes away for us both. We originally booked one day, he reached out encouraging us to book the day before as well which we did, but ended up leaving due all the above reasons and the hosts only offer to resolve was asking us to spend more money and stay a third day at 25% off… he didn’t even offer to refund the late checkout fee we paid for the day we didn’t even use. Lots of road noise, dirty streets, and no where to relax outside of this rental. But hey there is a book where the host where encourages you to read about how awesome he is front and center when you arrive which I find to be accurately indicative of how he puts his priorities in terms of my experience of his business practices as well.
