Manifesting Excellence LLC is a spiritually guided wellness and life coaching service specializing in a personalized 1:1 coaching environment. Our focus is on the inner condition that has you constantly feeling like you're riding a see-saw in your health and/or life. I help you protect your holy inner space, uncover what needs to be healed, and put your body into balance, alignment, ease, flow, power, and resilience. My health issues due to stress and gut issues, and my decision to leave a toxic corporate environment, have allowed me to turn my life around and transform others from the inside out.
