He was knowledgable, but was brash and rude, even interrupting me at one point and said "you keep going back to that and quite frankly I don't have time for that." I was talking and giving details while he looked up something on his computer. He was very unsympathetic. His rudeness totally shocked me so I picked up my things and left. Decided to not pursue legal action and they refused to refund the remaining deposit and unused court fees. This was over two years ago and I asked for my refund multiple times and they said their policy is no refunds but I did not sign any agreement stating that.
