Customer feedback review: Do not use Jack Preston for anything. Frauds honest people like you would not believe him. Do not get fooled by this fraudster. This scam attorney is not worth your time and money. Preys on the weak and vulnerable but will be caught. Cheater. Run don't walk to find another attorney. Appointment for $300??? Are you kidding me? I need just one piece of paper for him to complete… I don’t even need any consultation!!! Another attorney-scammer!!! Good liable attorneys who really car about their clients don’t charge $300 for an appointment. It is a red flag when attorneys want you pay for them to do nothing… Jack is a fraud! We hired him to help with my daughters custody of her son a few years ago. He charged a flat rate of $7,500 for what he considered the first half of the case. He did one filing with the court and then wanted another $7,500. He was already too late in the filing so the hearing was held in the Father's county. We dropped him as fast as we could. He did not do $7,500 worth of work, unless he was charging a $1,000 an hour. We are still paying off the loan for which he did nothing to deserve the money. Do not use him! He will waste your valuable time and money! 300 just fir the consultation for a simple visitation case where both parents agree? Yeah. No. You're only job would have been to protect me if things went wrong and you want 300 just fir a quick 5 minute sit-down? I'm sure you're a great lawyer, but your greed causes you to lose business. Jack is a great attorney! He is unlike most attorneys I have had in the past. The ones I have had I the past really don’t care about you after 5 through the week and on weeks you would never hate from them till Monday at 9 am. Jack called me when he thought I needed to hear from him. He also would ask me why I didn’t call him if we had not spoke in a couple of days. He treats his clients like humans. He also charges by the job and not by the hour. I could text him when I had a thought. He is always thinking about his clients. Thank you for all you did for me.
