Based on reviews, 3 of those firms I immediately disqualified based on repeated bad reviews. However Meredith from this firm called me and spoke with me about their skills, fees, etc. She made me feel comfortable talking with her and she understood the intake information about my case. I explained I was vetting a few other firms including a recommendation from a friend. Meredith made periodic follow-up calls to check in. Ultimately I went with another firm based on the recommendation. Parks Legal would have been my choice if not for that. They're my next choice if things don't work out. They made me feel like a client before I was and not like a piece of fresh meat which was the vibe I got from other firms. They made me feel comfortable, human and took the time to listen. They also communicate well which is a big thing for me.
