customer indicated that Denise was appointed by the court when his/her car got impounded. The customer updated her that his/her car was taken and that it needs to be picked. She planned a hearing for her and later informed her that the hearing said there was no hold. She asked her to go to the courthouse and get the paper work then sent it to her. After completing that, that's when she told her that there's nothing she could do to get the car out before the 19th. However, she would not do any work towards getting my car out of the impound, and so, she went to a real lawyer, told him the scenario, and he called the impound and less than 20 minutes later she was already using her car. Her unwillingness to work for me cost me like $600. She does not return her calls; she barely texts her back; do not pay any money for this attorney!!. Customer feedback summary: 2. The only regret that I have about dealing with her is that I received her when I was indigent, if I made more money I would pay whatever she asked because she knows what she’s doing and she’s very good at what she does. 4.
