A domestic violence case in common pleas court Elyria.OH. He kept getting the case continued and I told him I have A fear of courts, some people have a fear of heights etc. Mines mines court and he kept telling me it's continued for 6 mo every mo so far. He said it's continued prosecutor doesn't have time to discuss to discuss a plea in your your case. .I called the clerk of courts and asked them what's going on with my case? They give on with my case my attny won't tell me nothing? They gave me website public records to look up my case so I did to find out he been saying my client waived her right to a speedy trial every mo! I would never would have said that or agreed to that in a million years. So I fed A motion with the judge to dismiss him for misrepresenting me and get a new court-appointed attorney. So it was granted so need the Attorney now and it's still ongoing. No one was seriously hurt myself ir other person I vilved. prosecutor offer me he said only 1 x the prosecutor doesn't have time to discuss your case. Continued. I'll be there for Now. Ian Crawford is one of a kind!! Compassionate, loyal to his line of work...His work ethics are outstanding!! He fought a case for me & went above & beyond to get everything I NEEDED done. He goes the extra mile!! WE WON THE CASE. DISMISSED!!Doesn't complete his cases leaving his client to deal with unnecessary fallout for jobs. Doesn't keep contact nor answer calls. Even though you no longer have a case in court amended records aren't processed properly and you're stuck chasing him to fix it so you can get a job or move on with your life.
