He had to step down due to conflicts with the case, which the court appointed a new GAL because of a conflict of interest. Based on the actions he took and continuing conflicts of interest, I do not believe he should have been the GAL. He has filed a few pleadings in our case, but he has no experience in handling a Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS) case. I would not recommend him to handle any type of GAL case.
