The judge had me step out and call him. Very un organized, I ended up firing him and just sacrificing the $3,000 I had payed him. Long story short he was basically payed to do essentially nothing but hurt my chances in court. Every time we spoke on the phone it felt like he didn’t have the slightest clue who I was until he found my paperwork. After further research of his name it all clicked as to why he just took my money and forgot about me. I recommend doing a bit of digging of his name for yourself before hiring. In my opinion I would have had an equal if not better shot just using the free court attorney. This experience took a big tole on my family and myself. I wish I’d had the money and knowledge of what to do to take him to court at the time. All I can do now is warn others if my experience. Best of luck to you.6.
