Not Your Average Joe (NYAJ) aims to uplift the community by involving adults with diverse abilities, including IDD (intellectual, physical, and developmental disabilities), in making exceptional coffee. Not Your Average Joe is a 501(c)3 charitable corporation. It is tax-exempt, and every donation is tax-deductible to the full extent permitted by law.
