Reliable Oklahoma Arts Institute at Quartz Mountain is the name given to the Oklahoma Arts Institute. The program offers instruction in all areas of the performing, visual, and literary arts. One can also find workshops tailored for educators who may be eligible to get full scholarships. Over 50,000 Oklahoma children go to school every year by their teachers attending Fall Institute. Public and private partnership provides Quartz Mountain's Oklahoma Arts Institute funding, as well as the name of the unique collaboration between the two sectors. The organization obtained huge funding, including additional money from the Oklahoma State Department of Education, from the Oklahoma Arts Council.
