Yay! I now get to go to court alone with no refund given as requested when I made it clear I wasn’t happy with services two days in (of one week according to them based on statements and disrespect I returned thrice fold) and now have to cite ineffective counsel but there is thankfully evidence. Be careful or you too will have to do the same. This *ss hat was legit trying to get me to pay upfront for personal injury; as well as labor law which is not normal at all when he knew they too were part of the case. He hadn’t even requested medical evidence or video proof as he thought he could conn me easily. I spent the last week calling roughly 30-45 firms to confirm that this is no where near the norm with the evidence I have. They all confirmed it wasn’t and spent more time discussing things with me than this man ever bothered to do. Even the department of labor wanted to assign an attorney because the violations were so horrendous (was told not to discuss things with them either). In truth; he never should have taken the case to begin with and only wanted money at exuberant costs for lack luster service that is frankly almost double the standard rate in Oklahoma at that ($250 average when he charges $400). Photos attached and have more that make it even worse which I may add. I mistakenly hired this place last week (because of a sweet receptionist only that I grew angry with through no fault of her own after experiencing what it was like to be his client). They couldn’t manage a simple civil stand by for LIFE SAVING MEDICATIONS and their staff hung up in my face when I requested my money back to hire another firm that could manage it. They were even warned that Scott Peck is trying to withhold those meds knowing I will end up hospitalized and miss court if I don’t have them. Rather than handling it apparently their tactic is to kiss his ass and ignore their client’s PHYSICAL NEEDS. Over $8000 for one month of medication and frankly I am pissed. I have already been forced to make two days of medication I had in my person stretch 5 days. I literally have none at this point despite making it clear I HAVE A GENETIC DISEASE and can literally experience fainting and convulsions is one of them is stopped randomly. Again none of that mattered in fact my refusal to pretend an issue that he knew was of upmost importance, wasn’t his job yet he thought he could tell me how to address said situation. Oh he also decided to call me crazy via email when I opted to provide all the documents that he requested but did nothing with (aside from claiming he never got them 2 days later) and because I was angry and frustrated about not having blood pressure and anti convulsant medication for days on end. That was cool too. Eff (*uck) this guy. He even called other attorneys , one specifically an “effing (short for “a *ucking idiot”) when I mentioned opting not to use the referral as I wanted a larger firm. Who does that? (John Boozer according to him who in his mind may not be the smartest but at least has a soul.)
