Feedback from clients: 1. She was excellent. Biased is not the right word, but she definitely expressed her opinion. I know for my case, if we had a neutral mediator at our first session, we would have made absolutely zero progress. It took her leaning to one side or the other to get our case to move forward. This lady was nice and friendly for the most part, but she should not be doing mediation. She was completely biased, and I mean first she was on my side then she was on the exes. When I tried to discuss the problem with the other party, she ordered me to shut up. The other party became hostile to the point of physically exhibiting aggression; they would stretch their arms in my direction to scare me. When I tried to specifically address issues concerning our case, she refused, saying she was not interested in talking about them. After a series of attempts to discuss specific issues, she ordered me to stop talking and listen to her instead of you having to talk all the time as if you do not let me say anything. The lady sided with the other party; she is not competent for the show if she is a professional or she ignored all the professional standards of ethics, and she even imposed her ideas and opinions on us when we already have different opinions. I requested her to stop the other person from lying at me, but she replied that she was not allowed to. Honestly, she should be suspended from mediating altogether. Her behavior was so biased and discriminatory such that it escalated the situation to the point the other party walked out of the meeting. During the pre-appointment, we used to talk even in the event of having a dispute. Now the attorney speaks for both of us. This lady is incompetent in all her actions.8. This woman is a disaster.
