It all began pleasantly, and a 3500 upfront payment was requested, an office assistant told me it would include everything from start to finish. At the end, I knew the assistant had done a lot of work, so I offered to pay a little extra if they needed to add anything. He sent me a bill triple the amount of the retainer!! 7900 dollars? His itemized lists, for email responses, he charges 35 dollars for one-word responses! He charges vast amounts for picking a phone call for a question. I would avoid this place unless you want to be treble or double-counted. Worst service I have ever had in lawyers, and I have had a lot. I contacted Pam in a critical situation - it was Friday morning, and we needed a lawyer to review a contract by Monday. Pam was the only attorney I contacted who listened and empathized. She spent the weekend diligently reviewing, marking up, and explaining parts of the contract. Over the following weeks, Pam was invaluable as we negotiated the contract. I highly recommend this lawyer. The lawyer is very good in handling complex issues that affect family setups. When my father passed on, he left a will that contained complicated requirements. The family was in chaos for the first few days as nobody knew what was needed to execute the will. While everything seemed complicated, the attorney would make things look straightforward within a short period. First, he organized a meeting with the family members, where he would explain to us what was need and what we expected as per the will. The attorney would later work with us into having the required documents. Every step we made would involve the attorney, and he would be present to guide us.
