Gresham Dental Reviews Compilation Feedback capsule from clients: I wanted to like this dentist...The dentist (who owns the practice) audibly casually chitchated with other patients while never coming to see my child for over an hour and ten minutes, with no time update, before I decided to just leave. At 45 minutes past the appt time my child was still just waiting in the chair and the numbing gel had fully worn off; I inquired what kind of ETA we might continue to expect with front office staff. At an hour past, I inquired again. At an hour and ten minutes past our appointment, we still hadn't heard when we might see the dentist and we were informed another patient wirh an even earlier appt was still waiting in front of my child's original appointment time. We left. Interestingly enough, there was a wait room full of patients. I could hear them complaining about the wait too.
