What Our Patients Say *Love this dentist after having bad experiences in another state I truly feel they try everything to make you comfortable for your dental health. They are accommodating to folks. They have office dogs that visit while you are beimg treated. Wonderful as you can get *Very good reception and a first time client and a detailed explanation of my dental health status. *So far so good. Too early to tell. Will review later. *Such a great experience! The staff was so friendly and helpful. The dentist did a great job on my implant. My teeth are feeling clean and refreshed *Horrible experience here! At first everything was fine and the people were nice but as soon as there was an issue they flipped to nasty real quick. Front desk staff are absolutely disrespectful and unreasonable people. We paid out of pocket $1000’s and couldn’t end up getting the work done due to a missed appointment that was THEIR fault. Nothing we could have done about it. And now we have to start over with another dentist and spend more money. I can’t believe they did us so dirty! Would never recommend this place to anyone!! *Everyone in the office was very kind and helpful. It really feels like a team of good people. Nikki was very sweet and reassured me that everything would be ok and made me feel comfortable and heard. Dr. Shim was very compassionate and communicative. Miso was the best comfort doggy as well. Everyone I met today was very nice and helpful. *I had an emergency with a crown coming loose and came by to get it fixed. All the staff and Dr K. Shim was too kind and he let me know my tooth was perfectly healthy and reset the crown same day. I can't thank you enough Dr Shim. *I’ve been here two times now for cleaning and it’s always been a pleasure.
