West Valley Occupational School in Van Nuys, California. It was the only wallpaper-hanging school in America. Our wallpaper hanging and painting services have been in operation since 1979. We are precise and meticulous and rate among the best. In 1979, Ed moved to Oregon. As he was driving on the Oregon coast, he saw the blue sky. Since 1979 ....., we have done wallpaper hanging and wallpaper removal for thousands of Portland residents and businesses. Our company has Portland's finest wallpaper installers and painters. Additionally, we clean houses and offices by power washing them and texture walls and ceilings.
