Review Highlights: Heather is the best lawyer in the area. She is 100% honest with you and genuinely cares! My husband went from only having visitation with his child to having 50/50, all thanks to her! Heather and her staff are very dependable, kind, and they get the job done ethically. I went on line looking for an Attorney with experience in probate and real estate in Clearfied County and boy did I find one..The legal assistant called me the next day after I requested a consult and the very next day I spoke with Heather who called me as scheduled. She was fantastic and provided great advise and has made herself available if I should need further help.Clearfield County residents are fortunate to have Heather and her staff available to them. Very professional, communicative, helpful and would highly recommend... thank you Heather!! In a time when all i needed was help, this woman took advantage. I gave her all the money i had to help me in my custody case and she did an extremely lousy job. She will demand entire sums of money even if she knows its wrong. Heather even talked to me condiscending and gave me breadcrumbs of information as if she was best friends with the opposing lawyer. She has derailed our journey through this horribly difficult time, broken our bank, and did damage to our case. I do not recommend her at all. Watch videos of a bad lawyer. In every way she did not do a good job except smiling when we handed her our savings. DO NOT HIRE THIS PERSON. She will not advocate for you she only cares about your money. She will not prepare enough for your case. Intimidated by other lawyers. Does not understand the public defender's role. Does not correspond or communicate enough. She WILL NOT WORK for you. Even when paid large amounts. Very rude behavior when she thought no one was hearing her. Earlier this year, prior to undergoing surgery, I decided that it was time for me to update my Will and complete my Living Will, tasks that I had put off doing for too long... I looked in the phone book for a female lawyer, found Heather's name... read a few reviews and gave her a call... within 2 and a half weeks, I had had my initial phone intake with Heather, met with her in her office to go over the documents and left that day with three completed documents (Power of Attorney was added). All of this completed by this very accomplished young woman who was very easy to talk to, who offered suggestions without being opinionated and efficient with the help of her very able secretary to get these documents completed to my great satisfaction...and the cost was more than reasonable.. so to anyone looking for a Lawyer.. I would highly recommend Heather Bozovich... she won't disappoint... Thank you Heather for a job well done... Aileen B Amy Very easy to talk to and explains everything well.
