You can't use Mark Montonya if you want a favorable outcome. He will not listen and scam you for the money you paid him. Also, his office will ignore your calls and take too much time to follow up. He will accuse you of false accusations and later on his motion to disqualify himself claiming he is a foster parent and the case poses a conflict of interest. Don't use him if you want to win. I had an awful experience with him and lost my case because he never cared about me. I fell a victim of him scum-don’t be a victim.
