Customer feedback summary: Consolo & Harbison Paid for GAL (Colleen Consolo) and received two letters, two reports that were identical, and when I told them they wouldn’t even refund the unused funds. The other party did all the work! My child support was reduced! No help with actual need, just wanted full payment. No compassion or communication. Rec’d no calls or emails back and when I did a Consultation, I spoke with someone other than who I signed a contract with. Unprofessional, unresponsive. Due to unfortunate circumstances, we had to use the services of Attorney Colleen Consolo a few years ago. Although it was a challenging time for our family, her experience and advice helped us navigate through the issues we had. She was professional and fair in all of our dealings with her. We would highly recommend her and the firm of Consolo and Harbison for any legal issue you may be dealing with. We had to face negative publicity and a hostile legal community when she represented us during a family law matter. Colleen Consolo was impressive, fair, impartial, and professional. As an experienced citizen who participated extensively in a 3-year battle for my grandchild, I can say Attorney Colleen Consolo did not prepare for court the final GAL hearing (other than her buddy's cases). No affidavits, reports, etc. Actually, the judge noted there was no report from her. She put on a dog-and-pony show with a pregnant legal assistant as her GAL witness. Do not engage with this GAL. She's unprofessional, a bully, and doesn't follow the law. She was cold, harsh, and is a liar, who cannot be trusted. She works with the other lawyer and the court to a pick a bad one!
