47arts Artists' Studios Artists' studios. The back peak is visible from the 9'3" high lower-level ceiling, made of all-concrete and stone, with nine windows, most 3x6. There are ten columns. Private studios range from 137 feet to nearly a thousand, all except one completed, with 12' ceilings in that space that will be a multimedia and presentation area available for hourly or daily rent. Studio residents get a discount. A large stainless steel double-basin sink is available, and there is a 3x5 foot open space with a drain, with a strong floor, specifically for large, heavy pieces.
