Private studios range from 137 feet to nearly a thousand, all except one completed, with 12' ceilings in that space that will be a multimedia and presentation area available for hourly or daily rent. Studio residents get a discount. A large stainless steel double-basin sink is available, and there is a 3x5 foot open space with a drain, with a strong floor, specifically for large, heavy pieces.
