Mt Airy Art Garage

Mt. Airy Art Garage (MAAG) is a nonprofit artist-led arts hub located at 7054 Germantown Ave., Philadelphia. Our vision statement is, “We envision a world where people view art as an essential element of a vibrant, just, and healthy society.” We provide a venue where artists of all skill levels can work and collaborate. MAAG encourages creativity, collaboration, and self-empowerment as we use creative expression to affect social change. MAAG is a vital artistic resource for emerging and professional artists, youth, and adults, creating community spirit and art in Northwest Philadelphia. Our mission is to provide a venue for community engagement through the arts and to revitalize communities. MAAG promotes intergenerational learning, serving as a safe space where adults and children can come together to engage and learn from each other.
