Green Heating, Cooling & Electric - AC Repair, Furnace Repair & HVAC

Green Heating, Cooling & Electric Customer Reviews George by the phone on a Friday morning. By 10:30am Mario arrived to diagnose my non functioning AC unit, replaced the capacitor and topped off coolant. Really appreciate the quick response and professionalism, excellent communication. Mario can out and addressed the issue promptly and gave us a one year warranty on the work. The AC wasn’t cooling out house now all good. Thank you Mario arrived at the beginning of the window and was very professional knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend Mario and Green. Easy to work with! Mario came to the house within an hour when our AC died during a heat wave. Made a good deal, and the team installed a full replacement the next day. Great service. So pleased I was stuck with a leaking central air unit. The condensation pipe was overflowing. It was a day before the July 4th weekend and the middle of a heat wave, at 5pm. I was catching the leak with a sided tarp and the hallway was already soaked. Green Heating & Cooling said someone could be out tomorrow in an 4hr afternoon window. Mario called that morning to let me know when he was arriving (considerate) and showed up when he said he would. Thankfully it was the start of the window (yay!). After checking the situation, he grabbed a few things from his truck, and had it fixed in no time. He was nice, incredibly professional, and knew exactly what he was doing. Mario was upfront about costs, provided a receipt, took payment, and left his contact information when leaving in case we needed something. It was the higher end of what I expected but we had an active leak on a holiday so I considered this an emergency call. Still reasonable! I recommended my landlord continue using Green, particularly Mario, for our annual maintenance. I would recommend them to anyone and would absolutely call them the next time we need anything! Impressed all around! Installers were very very nice! On time, very prompt. They knew what they were doing. I normally have to follow the contractor around to make sure the job is getting done correctly, but not with these guys! Very efficient, cleaned as they worked and when they got done. Price for the job was very reasonable. Good quality work. I would recommend. Planning on using them to service the air conditioner when needed. Rich Carpenter I am writing to express my appreciation for the service we recently received. I called for a routine check-up to ensure everything was functioning properly during this cold weather, and I was impressed that Erion was able to service us within two days. Additionally, the yearly maintenance plan was offered at a very reasonable price, which we appreciate. Thank you for your hard work and for providing excellent service despite the challenging weather and the difficult street parking in Old City.
