We will definitely be calling them again for maintenance and recommending them to others. The technician was extremely knowledgable and explained all the ins and outs of the system as well as how to make it more efficient in our old Philly row home. Very valuable advice, came right on time at 8am, and felt reassured about a few issues we were having.6. We had a replacement air conditioning system installed. It was a difficult job (historic house, weird configuration), but they provided a creative solution at a reasonable price. They also consistently have excellent communication and quick follow-up. Highly recommended.7. Dave from W.F. Smith is great. We’ve been having him out twice a year for maintenance for many years and he’s always friendly, efficient, and thorough. The office team is great as well as they are very responsive and will always quickly answer calls and emails. Highly recommend! A+8. Reliable, skilled and always there when you need them. WF Smith is the best choice I made in securing them for my heating and air conditioning. This week in 100 degree heat - I called them and they arrived within hours to fix the AC and save the day. Handle all my air conditioning needs.i found them over 14 years ago and they installed my central air conditioning. Since then I’ve had them install additional heating and air conditioning wall units and I have them return yearly for routine maintenance. If I have any concerns they respond quickly.. the technician was thoughtful he even marked my unit so I know which direction to put the air conditioning filer (which is very important) Their prices are reasonable, their technicians knowledgeable, efficient, polite, dress accordingly and respect my property. The great thing is the employees have been with the company for years which shows it’s a great company to work for. I highly recommend them10. Thought the representative was very competent.
