ABOUT   Services Excellence Summary

Founded in 1980 in an ex-bordello from the 19th century that the IRS purchased at auction in Pittsburgh, Mendelson Gallery partners with a Parisian exhibition. The gallery began by exhibiting Mendelson's work and later added American and European artists he discovered on his trips around the world. Their first American shows were granted to Not Vital, Emil Lukas, and Patrick Hughes, with exhibitions following by Keith Haring, Vik Moniz, Vik Murniz, Vik Lewis, Vik Buggiani, Vik Muniz, and David Lewis. Strangely, his walls also display artworks by Mapplethorpe and Keiffer, Man Ray, and Rauschenberg. Chamberlain, Chamberlain, Bourgeois, Chamberlain, Beuys, Man Ray, Rauschenberg, and Chamberlain. Mendelson's collection is all-encompassing, ranging from famous relics from around the world to pivotal artists. In his previous life, Steven Mendelson was a complex man. He jogged through Paris's streets and wrote for many magazines.
