"The service I received was exceptional, from the 1st call for service to the completion of the issue. My technician, Michael K was excellent, courteous, respectful, knowledgeable, professional, informative & helpful in all possible ways. Everything was explained well & he even gave me some tips to look for in the future if I was to have anymore drain issues. Most of all, he resolved the drain clog issue I had to my satisfaction & I couldn't be any happier with the service I received.
