We discussed what would take place and how it would take place. I even received mail from Mastri Law outlining specific dates. In nearly 4 months nothing but an entry of appearance has been filed (verified with clerk of records). Nothing in the timeline provided has been met. Zero communication as of now. If I call now no one answers, previously when his office was still answering I would get the run around "he will call you tomorrow, he needs to speak to you thanks for calling I will have him reach out, he wants you to know he will call you back" etc. Emails go unanswered. All this despite making myself available (emailing to schedule time to speak via phone upon their request when he was still communicating) If you want to waste your money, time and leave your family / case in limbo he is a great choice. If you want communication, timely schedules, and professionalism you will need to go elsewhere. And so on. Trust that your customers will give you the information you need to run the business.
