They gave a time to start and they were there.They kept me informed of what they would be doing the next day and cleaned up afterwards. I truly live my new bathroom and will gladly recommend Four Squares Construction to my friends and family. 5. This company has Great customer service and the finish project was amazing!! I will definitely use again and if you are looking for a contractor, this company will not disappoint. 6. Some birds built a nest inside my dryver vent exhaust which is on the second floor of my house. The guys from Four Squares not cleared the debris outside and replaced the louvers so that birds can't get back in there, they actually crawled up in my attack to flush out my interior duck work to remove the rest of the nest material. Top notch work! 7. Four Squares did a complete home remodel from top to bottom, a total gut job. As with any old home remodel there were many unforeseen issues that arose throughout the process. Fred and Anthony handled each issue with the professionalism and timely response expected, which made the process easier even though was stressful at the time. The end result turned out beautiful! Don't let their drywall guy Shawn into your house, and make sure you get all necessary permits for the work yourself beforehand. I had them working on a roof replacement and a ceiling repair. The ceiling repair was originally supposed to have been done on September 25th. After constant no-shows, it was finally finished on October 7th, with visible cracks still present on the edges. Not to mention I was charged a $200 fee for removal of trash and waste, and all that consisted of was him leaving most of it in a pile on my front porch, and the rest of it on my carpet. The roofing job went much of the same way. Plus, the whole time that work on the roof was in progress, it wasn't properly covered, leading to water coming in through my ceiling. The delays on the roofing job are more than understandable per the weather, but that's about the only part of this process that merits a pass. 10. Four Squares designed and built exactly what we wanted. The building site had challenges but never did they say "we cant do that". Communication was outstanding, I always knew what was going on and they never just disappeared. I would absolutely do business with Four Squares again. 11. The York County Reentry Coalition was seeking new flooring in our Reentry Opportunity Center (ROC). The space is in the unsecured part of York County Prison. We wanted to design the space to be trauma informed, meaning it would need to be adapted to look less institutionalized- meaning no look of concrete floors. We met with the Four Squares team and decided on a look. Unfortunately, we had to secure funding for the entire project. Fortunately, we were able to secure the funding months later and Four Squares bid was approved! Their team had to accommodate our hours and did so with ease. Their work was tremendous! We were able to debut them at the ROC Open House in April 2024 and were a hit! Huge thanks to Fred, Anthony and the whole team! 13. Great Company! Very professional and customer service is unmatched. After my first meeting with them, I knew I was in good hands. They listened to what I wanted and perfected my ideas!
