About Mid-Ocean Studio Mid-Ocean Studio is a group of creative artists who work collaboratively to design Public Art installations that reflect and animate public spaces. The team has finished more than fifty Public Art projects, and our work has long been integrated with notable architects, engineers, landscape architects, and lighting designers. Our Artistic Director is Brower Hatcher, who has made iconic Public Art installations for over three decades.
